The focus is/should be on the strength of the data, rather than sample size.

I sincerely believe that strong data (both statistically and clinically) will trump all other concerns - from sample size to concerns about FDA.

Need to wait it out before jumping the gun.

Yeah the big BPs like biogen have shot their wad and right now the FDA is very hard pressed for an Alzheimer’s winner. Can’t wait much longer or it will bankrupt Medicare. There is more pressure to find something that works than to suppress it in my opinion. WGT
