I think you'll remember, that Procopio should never have received those shares...and with a penny stock bar, he never could have sold them. Giving them to Zack (likely a family relative, imo) was just an end around, in my opinion.
Anyone familiar with the circumstances has to sniffle at the smell of salmon.
If I'm wrong, I'll gladly apologize, and it likely isn't something that makes a difference now, except that those will hit the float at some point, imo.
Still wondering about the Colorado connection, if any.
