Why did Bentham receive 20-25% net of attorney fees if the case was on contingency? More hogwash that the opposition can’t get their lies to add up with each other. They are lying for a reason. And that reason is very simple. I’m not sure how this is confusing to some.
I was told the patents have little to no future value. They were never taken to international agencies, so no value there either. That was direct from the source.
Carter made the deal with Bentham and the Attorneys - and it seems that Carter was living off some of the money meant for legal fees.
I don't believe it is that unusual since patent infringement cases can go on for years - there has to be some payment or the Attorneys would be filing for bankruptcy.
