Yes, I think the logical deductive conclusion is that Denner was in talks with Management/BOD on philosophy, strategy, and the like, which included Denner wanting to secure Board designees to help his vision come to fruition.

At the end of those talks, they were not in agreement on a whole host of things, including Denner's designees on the Board. Denner issued his Release to voice his displeasure, and telegraph his intent. Management issued their Release to counter, and then made these two Board appointments as a further flexing and prancing on their part to show that they are in control.

I have zero intel and could be wrong. This is just my own deductive analysis and inferences from the probabilities. If there is one thing that truly infuriates me like nothing else, it is corporate, governmental, and judicial arrogance, which are traits in excess when it comes to Amarin and its contempt for its shareholders.
