Chemist2, out of curiosity, I am wondering if your Kaiser insurance is different than the Kaiser Whalatane refers to? His Kaiser is giving him Vascepa for a couple of bucks a month.
I think Kaiser Permanente is a managed care outfit, and assume that the insurance you have is not part of the managed care unit but simply health insurance.
