TPTW: Boy, I hear-ya, Dude!! It jumps-back-up to circa 100%, 90%, 85% --- & then back down to 60%, 70%, etc. WHO KNOWS??? (But, I still think SOMETHING is transpiring behind the scenes here --- maybe more PR's looming.)
