Yes, and when they get one through that benefits humanity...which will be great...and benefits us shareholders by making good income, then he won't have to dilute anymore and our stock price can go up and hopefully "soar". Until then this stock will always have downward pressure...imo. Hope he is doing some great stuff with the money he is getting!!!
