You are MISSING THE POINT! This is totally about the sale of the company that WAS NEVER ANNOUNCED! The filing to be current is an entirely different entity.
There is NO SEC FILING ON THE SALE OF THE COMPANY!
My concern here is if the company (VGTL) was NEVER SOLD. Then we are just waiting on VGTL to be decommisioned (inactivated).
DiPrima IMO is a big enough jerk to do something like that. (Put VGTL on a shelf and forget about it).
