Y¯-d≤µ≤Y¯+d,

and if the standard deviation is known,

d=sN--vz1-0.025.

The critical value from the normal distribution for 1 - a /2 = 0.975 is 1.96. Therefore,
N≥(1.96d)2s2.

Limitation and interpretation A restriction is that the standard deviation must be known. Lacking an exact value for the standard deviation requires some accommodation, perhaps the best estimate available

A question for you, Koog. Lightwave is working with 5 foundries and has been for the last 18 months or more.

There is no increased cashburn since testing with the foundries began. So, I would like you to explain:

1) Who is footing the bill for testing Perkinamine at these 5 foundries, since it clearly isn't Lightwave?

2) Why have these 5 foundries been working with Lightwave for the last two years if self-evidently the polymer can't be scaled (an opinion you seem to hold very firmly, despite having no experience in photonics and not having worked in the industry since the 90s)

Also, interested to hear your thoughts on why IMEC is giving Lightwave keynote speeches if the polymer is useless. IMEC brought ASML to the forefront, I assume you know.

Thanks
