Mark,

Seeing Diprima is your CFO for MIK*.

Can you ASK Diprima who he sold VGTL to?

Brian Kistler (your buddy from ADCS) gave the company back to Diprima (in April of this year) as Jim told Brian he had a buyer. This was several months ago and there are No SEC filings supporting Diprimas claim that he sold the company.

I text Jim but he doesn't respond unless it is in anger.

No! But it would probably get them farther than what they are doing now if I told them what to do. I'll work with Mark Newbauer but not Diprima.
