Let’s talk facts. I personally sent Scott a few screenshots and links of the board here. I told him he can learn from his shareholders who have a lot of experience. Like the NVSOS issue the other day. Advice from a board user helped. The NVSOS got updated the next day. This is Scott’s first Publicly Traded Company, so I told him to keep an eye on the board. I gave him a lot of other advice too. Like DO NOT DILUTE and some other words of Fatherly advice.
If you are a CEO of a Publicly Traded Company, “YOU READ EVERYTHING YOU CAN, PERIOD”. Reading does not hurt the mind, it helps it.
For you to say reading a iHub shareholder board of the company in which you are the CEO is a red flag, well, let me say, you are 100% wrong this Tuesday morning.
The only thing a CEO doesn’t do on the board is respond or participate. But looking and getting a feeling of shareholder sentiment, is a GREAT IDEA for any CEO!!!
