Management cares about the stock price as regards current strategy and the longer term target for what they believe it should be. Do they concern themselves it’s the goals of traders and short horizon longs that aren’t into the end? Ehh not so much. Some here always point to the here and now instead of the there and then!; ). In psychological terms it’s called delayed gratification and that is based on conviction and discipline which are key biblical principles people of faith are called to. Best wishes.
