How can the 'loss' be Day 1 - pre-NWS and Day 2 - post-NWS .10 cents?

Loss is the ability to have earnings (1) - $200B / 1B shares (or 5B w/warrants) so $200 or $40

Damages paid by the group that gained (2) - US Tsy!
