The company is not giving away their IP. The 3CL Pharma spinoff has been in the plan all along. Todos currently owns 52% of 3CL Pharma and will continue to own that percentage after the spinoff. They will get 52% of 3CL revenues. They have the option to acquire 100% of 3CL after the spinoff, and that's the reason for the increase in authorized shares from 5 billion to 10 billion. Yes, that will be dilution but I remind everyone the authorized after the RS will be 1 billion shares if the 1:10 ratio goal is achieved.

So I'm not sure why you continue to have concerns about giving away our IP. Part of the deal with acquiring 3CL in the first place was for Todos to fund development and testing of Tollovir/d until the capital raise was complete for 3CL. Shareholders aren't losing a thing here. We either get a portion of the revenues from the spinoff or we get to acquire all of it and get 100%.

Please don’t have a heart attack. This is big news. Clearly stated. And covered. And not that old. How much money did you invest in Todos not knowing that this is the plan?

I think passing for over 2 years on the RS gives Management the right to say they are not going to use it without a lot of thought and consideration. I think you are not seeing the big picture when you voice your concern. I bring a hammer to every job. But I rarely use it. When I need it, it is the right tool for the job. If SP pops on some great news. I want GC to be able to say, “today with SP up for the 3rd straight week in a row, and currently at 88 cents. We have decided to do a RS.” It makes a small company nimble. Nimble being the really key word.

My personal opinion is they should do a RS today. Yesterday. I know I am the only one. Pile on with the punches. I have a few thousand dollars in this company. Go for it. When I told my financial advisor I was going to put $2,500 into TOMDF he laughed. And every time I buy another $500 worth I know he thinks I am an idiot. This company can limp along for 3 years and find itself at a dollar. Then do an RS. And then slowly fight for 10-20% SP increase every year. That is the same amount of money you can make with a low risk investment. A REIT with a high dividend.

Or they can do an RS. Apply for FDA approval for everything. Sell a few divisions/ventures. Sell the entire approved float. Make some acquisitions. Add something crazy I am not thinking about. And just go for it. I will see my $5,000 disappear. Which with these small bio techs I really expect to happen. Or I could see my $5k turn into $500k. And it will be amusing to watch.
