Seriously, can't you do your own DD? Everything you need to know is in the last 8-K. They effectively sold 100MM shares of common for $67K just to keep the lights on. Does that sound like they have any cash reserves?

Did you see ABQQ set a 52 week low today? It's almost int he trips now. Can you imagine what the stock price will be when they unload 9 BILLION more shares justo to keep the lights on?
