$PHIL FYI: Due to extraordinary circumstances we are unable to file Form 10-K by today but will do so ASAP in the coming weeks. On another note, our annual shareholder meeting is rescheduled for Dec 6, 2002. We will have further detailed updates via news releases and/or cc's. GB!

Reason:another missed deadline, no reason or real explanation. Trust which was already low or even missing, was further eroded. We should have been celebrating great forward looking progress. Instead. We got more delays.

IMO the only way things could look worse today are either becoming untradable, or having a R/S announced. Today's announcement is really a new low by Henry.

I am committed to this stock, but I won't fail to speak out when management fails in its obligations. This is obviously just such an example.
