Vinafilms. lol! Well, inquiring minds wanted to know: Who buys a company without knowing its value? Who sells control of a company for a stack of worthless paper? As far as Vinifilms is concerned I guess we will never know. Today's 8K nullified the agreement as if it never took place. So I guess PHIL gets back its stack of worthless paper and Vinifilms, well, goes back to being Vinifilms. Have to laugh at the 8k blaming the collapse of the deal on the Covid. --
