The tight control of information allows NWBO management to deflect all criticism or even effective evaluation of their performance which is one reason the conversation revolves so heavily around the PPS as it is a clear metric.

You don’t know is the universal rebuttal they (or those on their side since they seldom bother to engage with shareholders) can use in all situations and with zero thought or effort.
