If the 2 people running FUNR really did pay MW for her shares prob what 300-400K? plus all the fees to get current, plus the Lawyer fees.. prob paying GS his 54K wont be a problem not like its millions and its not the 200-300K I read that he claimed to have paid to go after cubv in the first place
I would be surprised too. The only reason to appeal, imo, would be to further rub it in.
Regarding a satisfaction of judgement as it stands, that will only happen if they pay him an agreed upon amount...and that's money that has to come from somewhere, arguably the "new" company involved. Unless Ethan and gang have more money laying around to pay him off.
It seems like whatever the case, they have Attorneys guiding them, imo.
