I merely commented regarding what Sarissa might accept IF they see AMRN as a lost cause.

In fact, it's not what Sarissa believes the value to be but rather what BP thinks the value to be if any.

That would not necessarily be a far-fetched conclusion based on where things are today.

Like many, I am not impressed with AMRN management or their board.
