The 8k in my reading is not so bad, restated the huge amount of debt they have paid off, removing warrants and convertible stock - all gone. They bought back shares. They make money and that is hard to find in the companies we trade. They are working on something (game plan for growth). I expect some to sell for a loss at open, but most will adjust prior to open. I decided to steadfast for now and see if this gets better in a few hours.
