GBRO, do you have any thoughts on this announcement. Overall I like the idea of Aradatum being a standalone. Not trying to carry MKBY/CGEI baggage. I agree that the market is not fairly valuing Aradatum in it's current position as a subsidiary of CGEI.

The management and board of directors have never done a dishonest thing that I am aware of. In fact I think Bryan and otheres on the board have made some big personal and financial sacrifices to keep this thing afloat. Having said that, I have to admit to being a little nervous (as always) that they will make sure the little guys like us get treated equally on a per share basis as the the big shareholders on the board. I have NO reason to suspect otherwise.

I know all of us have appreciated Larry's willingness to share info and his relability that he will do what he says he is going to do. Whaterver happens, I thought that will remain the face of Aradatum going forward. Wish he had been named CEO and Bryan would have been satisfied with Chairman title. But that's just me. The man is certainly entitled to have it his way. He frustrates me but I know I owe him a huge debt of gratitude as well.

This concerns me:

The Company has determined that continued listing on OTC Pink market is not in the best interest of the Company and its shareholders. CGE will continue to explore alternative options to the OTC Pink market in the future as well as update shareholders of revised merger timing.

So they plan to allow themselves to be delisted from OTC ? Guess that makes the stock worh zero right? Once again, I just have to say it sounds half baked, and NO regard for explaining to those of us with A LOT riding on this what we should expect in the future. Should I expect to see my brokerage acct show a big fat zero tomorrow? If they can't explain it, I wish they would wait till they could. This just sounds like amatuer hour. As usual, the vague cgei wording...."in the future" which pretty much covers ETERNITY.
