Multiple lawsuits because of wrongful deaths. The family of the couple who's Tesla drove into a parked tractor trailer for instance. I'm surprised the Fire chief hasnt sued Tesla yet for wrongful death of his kids and ex-wife. The Taxi driver is Paris is suing Tesla because the vehicle was beyond his control injuring 20 people and killing one.
There's also greater regulatory scrutiny by NHTSA & congress over glitches in Autopilot & Full Self Driving. To be fair its not likely glitches in the software but really in the hardware. Hence why I believe Tesla needs to buyback every Tesla its ever sold, due to the cars susceptibility to electromagnetic interference.
