That statement is absolutely false . The order lasted a couple weeks in late 2017 when SCOTUS remanded all Administrative Proceedings setting aside and canceling previous orders . It is a false narrative and was ordered silenced, no reference.

SCOTUS actually stated that the Company could bring in new evidence from the onset and the previous order could not be referenced in any legal context.

The Company petitioned the Judge to provide private financial matters under Confidential Cover to prove both costs of reaudits and all details of mitigating circumstances causing delayed filings. He so issued in Release 5543. That is fact and controlling.
