100% your opinion ,And based solely on personal opinion and no fact. As there are zero regulations against completing the 211 with an OIP and FINRA and OtCM have no overlap or jurisdictional discretion as it relates to each other and the CE removal.
Yet we hear the same thing day in and day out without and factual backing. This is no longer about delayed filings, if it ever were lol and now solely to save the hundreds of millions more likely billions of shorts and now will pay the massive short position.
