Regulators don't "adaptive" -- they have very clear guidelines they use and NWBO has not met most of them with all the post hoc trial manipulations, the data confounding, post hoc data dredging. None of that meets standard clinical trial guidelines for approval purposes. Doubt FDA will buy it.
