$TORVF - Volt Carbon's value is so high because they have diversified income streams:

1. Solid-state battery acquisition > Solid UltraBattery, Inc.:

Solid Ultrabattery states, “The solid electrolyte is based on a metal-organic framework (MOF) and has shown outstanding capabilities. Preliminary testing of early prototype samples has shown that the technology can challenge more established competitors such as Quantumscape Inc. (NYSE: QS), whose technology consists of a ceramic separator used in a lithium metal battery.” (The Innovation Platform, June 2022, Pg. 83)

That statement right there is gold and QuantumScape is trading at $8.57 vs. Volt at $0.07 (Price correction in progress).

2. Air Classification Method for Graphite Purification:

Game changer for graphite mining and anode materials supplier markets.

3. Becoming a bulk supplier of pre-processed anode graphite material is a highly specialized process and profitable as demand is increasing for years to come.

Graphite is the new black gold.

4. Rare Earth Holdings and Mining Properties:

Volt’s mining properties in Canada contain graphite, molybdenum, copper, and rhenium porphyry targets. Rhenium and molybdenum are rare earths and cost $1,730.10 per kg and $43.50 per kg, respectively. Rhenium is among the rarest metals on Earth.
