Zip - I find it remarkable that we have to hope and not expect Judges to review a case like ours with complete objectivity without allowing the distractions of gamesmanship, but instead, taking a 65,000 foot view of what has taken place between the parties, and what the implications are, and what the costs are for deviating from the guardrails that are there to protect without decietful circumvention.
