It's nice to have this first acquisition out of the way. 1 done deal. Waiting on some of the bigger stuff now like KOTA and TTG.

We get 10-k on or before next Thursday. Hopefully it will have a good amount of new info for us to sift through.

Following that is the Annual shareholder meeting that we will probably get lots of new info as well.

This is going to be a busy next couple months I'm thinking.

One correction: TTG didn't get kicked 90 days...just 90 days from the signing. The original was 60 days, so it got kicked an additional 30 days until next month.

And like goldstandard mentioned, with OTCX back, we aren't going anywhere.

If I read it correctly, Phil is giving them a note on the new subs future shares for payment correct? So, essentially we are getting 50.1% of Vin Phat Dat for no money at all. If so, this is the greatest negotiating job of all time.

For starters it is not true that is official that the TTG deal got kicked down the road by 90 days. The fact is the 8k says "within" 90 days. That is telling us that can be sorted at any moment within that 90 day period. As for the rest of the drivel means absolutely little to nothing to the share price and the awesome charts showing the move in advance is underway. Henry is timing this on more than just the business side, he too can see the charts and emotion in the market. All the down playing in the world now, is likely to be a sad waste of time and just utterly painful and embarrassing to have to read.. smh njoy the day peeps.. I like the action..~ MM.
