sIMPLE ANSWER..cedar

Intel would swallow LWLG and your sons friend would not see a dime.

Same Idea at the macro Lightwave Logic level. The BOD wants to get paid! A poison pill is in the Share model to attempt to stop any weak azz buyout ... Could still happen but they are gonna swallow a chicken bone for a bite of flesh.

Further.. No one gave two shytes about EO Polymer until Dr Lebby arrived at Lightwave Logic. As much this is more like a 5 yr old company and now the dream of a silicon substitute is becoming a reality..

Modulators are just the beginning.

The answer is, although Lightwave did wonderful things in speed increase and power savings, it took a long time to prove stability. And an Intel or an IBM isn't going to buy a component that might not be stable.

That has been my concern until, recently.

There's lots of reading for you to catch up on if you have just lately taken a position in this stock.

Asking a message board for the answer to your question(s) will simply result in multiple answers that will leave you confused.

Maybe new investors should wait until IBM or Intel buy it out then your investment will be safe (after the fact).

Anything's possible, I wouldn't rule it out yet. Your friend could pose that question on Intel and/or IBM message board as well, if he/she hasn't already.
