I wonder what nonsense you'll spew once PDK's are complete and accepted/used by the end-users.

Let's not forget, in a worst case scenario where EO polymer modulators fail at being incorporated in high-volume silicon foundries, they will still be sold in the millions of units annually and LWLG will still become a multi-multi-billion dollar enterprise. It'll just take a bit more time and CAPEX than the foundry route.
