I think most shareholders, seeing some progress, support the company and are rather indifferent if there is an ASM...
Whenever I have listed to ASM's over the years, many companies, they are rather boring, numbers and nothing new or meaningful comes out. They answer cherry-picked shareholder questions, but that is nothing new.
I suppose there are some who want statements put into SEC filings so they can reference them, but many shareholders, I feel, are liking the momentum. IMHO.
