And just to drill down on this point (and admittedly, I could be wrong, although I this time I suspect not), they did PR when they'd filed their application with the MHRA for their commercial manufacturing licensing back in July 2022.
Perhaps they feel that if they file the application and wait to PR it upon its acceptance by the MHRA (which might take 2 to 3 weeks from their initial filing), their action will surface earlier on the MHRA website somewhere?
