Zip, We don't know if the Supreme Court will hear this case. If they do, it will be to clarify law for the lower courts. SCOTUS doesn't care at all about how the ruling effects either GSK or Teva. If they take up the case it will be to clarify how Hatch Waxman and patent law can/can't coexist.(my opinion)
