That’s great!! It appears that Scott McAlister is a CEO who cares about his shareholders. It’s very professional for him to reply to you. I spoke with him for about 35 minutes one day on the phone. He’s very smart and very motivated about his Bitcoin Mining Operation that will soon be a SEC REPORTING COMPANY and I am sure he is working diligently. He’s a solid and serious business guy, who is at this moment putting together the resources and machines to mine Bitcoin. Scott is very passionate about his latest journey.
I think most CEOs would just not respond if something cataclysmic had happened, as some here seem to think. I'll admit the last 8k was unsettling, but we can't jump to conclusions based on the 8k because we just don't know enough yet. The removal of officers could have been just to facilitate re-domiciling to Florida with less red tape with him as sole officer and CEO, we just dont know and wont know until Scott releases filings and updates. The fact that he responded that way is a very good sign.
