And that depends on if / when the application has been (already?) submitted... iirc, the submittal doesn't have to be PR'ed.... when the application was/will be submitted is not known to us (yet)

I think most expect that the actual application submittal will not be PR'd. However, the acceptance most certainly will be. Acceptance should happen about two weeks after submittal, so you can pretty much just subtract 2 weeks from the current date on a rolling basis to get the "earliest the MAA was submitted" date approximation.
