Eliminating amyloid seems to be, in the best of cases, only a piece of the pie. Eking out a slower decline. Breathtaking.. It's simply too far downstream, still better than nothing at this time.
Will be interesting to see what happens when our TLD is added to the mix.
Nevertheless, hats off to Biogen for finally honing in on the right amyloid antigen and patient collective in the appropriate numbers and homogeneity after decades of optimisation..
