I don't think any big Pharma would be interested until the product has been proved , as in finish Phase 3 and maybe even 4.

I hope TOMDF take this all the way. More money in that for shareholders . A takeover could mean we get the same shareprice for our shares based on today's sp.

Why would Pfizer buy Todos?

A fake stock analyst, doctor and pharma expert said they could recreate it for a few million dollars. Oh and the wizards at Pfizer could recreate everything in the world for a few million dollars each in fantasyland. So why buy?

Except there is a small problem. Todos owns the IP. Workaround to IPs end up in very costly damages for the workarounder.

To address your specific question...

If Pfizer bought Todos, 3CP Pharma, Tollovid, Tollovir and any combination, it would undermine Paxlovid sales. It would be admitting, they have a lot of issue with Paxlovid and have some serious concerns or doubts. Wouldn't be good for sales or their stock. They've already taken hot on 1/2 of what they claimed is turning out not to be true.

Many of the larger Pharma companies are fine with smaller ones taking their pipeline into phase II or III. They don't mind paying up, since few actually get there and they can have their choice of what they want to buy for hundreds of millions. Also many of the bio small companies will go broke and out of business like IBIO as an example, so Pfizer could pick up the assets for penny on the dollar (i.e. 99.9% discount)
