For RVNC specifically, the higher-cost-of-capital rationale for a lower valuation doesn’t hold water, IMO:

First, $RVNC has plenty of capital after recent upsized offering. Second, cost of capital is still dirt cheap inasmuch as inflation-adj interest rates remain negative.
