the most interesting point to me is the fact that every JV, and every other asset(congo and macedonia), was used in the illegal promotion before deal even closed, and all have been a bust and the compnay is abandoning most of them.

furthermore, the compnay knew its product had been seized in the congo in july 2021, yet they promoted the stock in september and october with the congo production front and center. this is securities fraud. falso and misleading info. plain and simple.

Just back from vacation. Why would they post an 8k and not their 10k year end and go deliquent. This does not make sense. Do you have an answer or thoughts Big Brother. I did read the 8k and it does look good but can they execute the plan.
