It's bullshit and you know it. He has left everyone hanging in the wind while he is of doing whatever the fuck he is doing. It sure as hell isn't getting this moving forward to certification. We've been stagnate for almost 6 months now. He needs to come clean on what the issue is. He owes many many people a real explanation on whats up.
He has lied for a year now and the time will come when he has to face the music.
