Thanks for the reply, although it makes me wrong and right at the same time.
I was wrong to think their products weren't interesting enough to generate franchise interest, but I was right -- at least about something I've thought about, if I haven't said it aloud -- that failing to file killed legitimate interest by others wanting to buy a franchise.
Did you tell WCVC that failing to file is what killed your interest in their franchise?
As important: if they file after all this while and get back to trading, would you again consider a franchise?
