Yes… I did tell the franchise rep that even prior to the deadline. He pretty much said that is out of his control, his job was just to help setup new franchises.
I was even looking into locations but didn’t want to proceed unless they filed.
Honestly, not sure, would need to get back to current and show support of their shareholders then maybe.
