One thing I found interesting in the first 8k change of control was that John Carlin was appointed "President" of the company, not the CEO, in fact no one was named CEO. I thought that was a little odd at the time because there IS a difference in the 2 roles. Now we see that Scott Mcalister is named the CEO of the company which makes sense with his ownership, and maybe John was never intended to be CEO but President which is like second in command, so perhaps this was all part of the plan from the start. We shall see hopefully there is followup soon.
