Absolutely right, Pamela. If a shareholder is down $10,000 before the split, they are down $10,000 Immediately after the split.

Plus, shareholders have now had their earning power reduced substantially. It’s gonna be difficult for those that are down quite a bit to recoup losses.

Best to all,
WW

I get it. 3.5 cents is $35.

I’m saying right now it’s about $1.2 post split or $10(post) if it were 1 cent right now.

With 1 million OS, that is an extremely low float. And ‘if’ there is minimal dilution, this can run with good news (which we have all been saying will happen soon). A very low float with great news will have this run into the teens (post split). This would reduce overall dilution of convertible notes when due because of the conversion equation. I’m just saying there is a chance. All depends on if ST3 just outrights starts to dilute again

The existing notes I believe convert at end of year. The reg a shares won’t convert for I believe 6 ? Months after they are purchased ? (Don’t quote me on that)

It’s a possibility but as of now, it looks like a sh*** move for longs.

Again. With $8 million in existing revenues, that puts this still around $8 post split (not counting any dilutive shares ). All imo of course.

Thanks PR. To be clear I don’t think this will go down to 3.5 cents after the split. However at this point, it’s pretty clear ST3 can’t get financing done. I think it’s partly due to his inability to sell the company (the conference call was uninformative but more so, sounding unprofessional and desperate. If that’s the way he approaches reputable banks etc, I can see why it’s difficult to get the financing needed.

Thank you for the note. I anticipate lots of downward pressure. Can only hope he has something to release but as I said a few weeks back, TPT needs money to do it… and we all know where that will come from. Good luck and appreciate the note ;)
