The " other 70% " going to Hydrogen is ridiculous . That's what your earlier message implied. You quote : "Where do you think the other 70% is going"?

Nothing in that quote says that the other 70% is going to hydrogen, you inferred incorrectly; but you can be sure that Exxon will be getting their share and FCEL will likely be in on many of their projects...

Yes and it is your fiction, not mine. The original figure you cited was 30% of the $370 million expected to come from the bill.
