The " other 70% " going to Hydrogen is ridiculous . That's what your earlier message implied. You quote : "Where do you think the other 70% is going"?



Nothing in that quote says that the other 70% is going to hydrogen, you inferred incorrectly; but you can be sure that Exxon will be getting their share and FCEL will likely be in on many of their projects...

The $1.2+ trillion ( 30% + 70% combined) is a ficticious ,(sic).



Yes and it is your fiction, not mine. The original figure you cited was 30% of the $370 million expected to come from the bill.

Your numbers are the "indefensible" part of this discussion.
