I asked someone if they had asked those questions, not expecting that they had.
There are some answers suggested by new posting to the NV file.
I don't expect the NV issue to be addressed in the 10K.
I don't know what to expect regarding the OTCQB, not having heard anything from anyone about it.....that may go forever unexplained as well.
These are questions that any potential partner would expect to have answered during a basic DD effort.
