The tone of these questions for CEO Ehrlich sound rather demanding and demeaning, and we're all waiting to see if answers are forthcoming. Can you provide any "at this moment"? Or are we all simply waiting for the 10K?
You wouldn't want anyone to disclose non-public information in advance, would you?

Why wasn't the Annual Report filing made on a timely basis...a full year and 3 weeks ago?

Given that the State of Nevada website stills says "INNOVATION PHARMACEUTICALS INC. Revoked" what do you mean by "The Nevada filing has been addressed"?

As of this moment has the Annual Report due on 8/31/21 been filed and will that be adequate to allow for the restoration of an Active status? Or willl the Company still be in Default based on the Annual Report due on 8/31/22 (and already late)?

Are both Drs. Schechter and Spektor listed as Directors in the Report? (Asking because the latter ISN'T listed in the Florida filing.)
Did the lack of good standing in Nevada result in the removal of IPIX from the OTCQB tier or was it something else?
