Investment Rule #2 - Never invest or remain invested in stock of a company that has management that sucks.

Very basic stuph.

Investment Rule #6 - Always buy management, never buy a concept or a technology story without excellent, seasoned, successful management. No matter how much one likes the CONcept or technology story - this rule is unforgiving and inviolable.

Highly agree with that number 1. There are many simple things they could do to minimize the suck but instead the suck continues to get worse and is reflected in the pps.

The market may dictate the pps but it is also reflective of how a company is managed. For us it is obviously horrid. The fun fact for the day is it does NOT need to remain this way but that is the choice they repeatedly make. To suck!
